| Description |
English: Aberystwyth Cliff Railway Opened in 1896, the Cliff Railway provides access from the promenade to Constitution Hill. It was originally operated by a water counter-balance system but is now electrically powered. This is the lower access point which is essentially just a ticket office. The railway is controlled from the upper station. |
