Kakatiya era three-storey Shiva temple

Description
English: On a high adhistana, the temple faces east.

The temple has three entrances and a pillared ranga-mandapa.

The temple was built in the Kakatiya era, 13th Century CE. Artwork here was defaced and mutilated during the Deccan Sultanate era.

The temple was in neglect through the 2000s, plastered and whitewashed in places. Cleaning and restoration efforts began in the 2010s.
