Theycome bearing the banner of freedom, in-spired by a noble purpose to seek the ene-mies of our country and yours, and todestroy or capture all who are in armedresistance. They bring you the fosteringarm of a free people, whose greatest poweris in its justice and humanity to all thoseliving within its fold.
