Description
English: A line of ruined dressers' shelters ('waliau') at the base of a rubbish run These 'waliau'- where the slate was split with mallets and chisels and then shaped with a steel knife - were crude open sided hutments made of slate waste. These were sited on the old reduction level. The rubbish run behind belong to the steam mill level. The post on the right is a path way-marker.
