Description
English: A late medieval to post medieval copper alloy thimble dating between 15th-16th century. The thimble is cast in one piece with straight sides leading to a pointed dome. The pits are evenly spaced and cover the peak. There is no maker's mark visible. The object is slightly distorted around the base and sides.
