RALPH PAYNE THOMAS—For the pasteight years Ralph Payne Thomas has beenengaged in the investment business inWilkes-Barre, with offices at Nos. S5G-S58 inthe Miners Bank Building. He operatesunder the name of R. P. Thomas and Com-pany, Inc., and has developed a very sub-stantial and prosperous business.
