(b), dated, &c, whereby the said (putative father) isadjudged to be the father of a male (c) bastard child, begotten ofme. And in consideration of such payment, I hereby absolutelyand entirely relinquish and abandon as well all present and futurerights, claims, and demands upon him, as also all proceedings what-soever under or by virtue of such order (or any other order in thematter) (d).
