Description I discovered this little campus while passing through on my 2017 bicycle trip. I ask a few questions of one of the entrepreneurs renting space there. Turns out it started as a forest service facility that was no longer in use. The city and some visionaries got involved and then along came an anonymous donor, so I heard. By now it's a pretty well kept up campus for artists, small businesses and so forth along the tourist traveled Highway 20.
