Title
A fragment of a copper-ally socketed axe of Late Bronze Age date 1150 – 800BC.
Description
English: A fragment of a copper-ally socketed axe of Late Bronze Age date 1150 - 800BC. The piece represents the bottom part of the axe. There is a slight increase in width towards the blade, but the axehead is of slender appearance. The patination of the break suggests that the damage occurred in antiquity. The artefact measures 45mm long and 38mm wide
