Title
A flint implement dating to the late Neolithic period, (2500-2100BC).
Description
English: A flint implement dating to the late Neolithic period, (2500-2100BC). The implement is an arrowhead and is sub-triangular in plan. The object is thin and rectangular in cross-section. The point of the arrowhead has broken away. The dorsal face displays ridges and scars of earlier removals. The ventral face of the object appears smooth and a few ripple marks can be seen radiating from the left side of the implement. Evidence of retouching can be seen on both sides of the object. The object has a light grey patina which darkens to a mid-grey at the proximal end.
