Title
A copper alloy ring and looped attachments dating from the late Medieval to Post-Medieval period.
Description
English: A copper alloy ring and looped attachments dating from the late Medieval to Post-Medieval period. It may have been part of a sword belt fitting. The three-part assemblage has a rectangular fitting, which extends into a protruding loop which bends back on itself. Attached to this is a circular ring. This is attached to another looped fitting. A large integral rivet attaches the rectangular fitting to itself. It has a dark brown patina and is in poor condition.
