NUMBER 4. PRICE $435.00 Here we have an attractive bungalow which combinesindividuahty of architecture with convenience and com-fort in interior arrangement. It has three rooms and a big comfortable verandawhich, if screened in, will add another large summer room. The lines are low and typical of the popular Cali-fornia style and the effect is splendid. Like house Number 3 the outer walls are mostly composed of doors and windows allowing for plenty oflight and air. A combination of drop siding and imitation concretepanels is used on the outer walls. The roof is rubberoid. It is ceiled overhead and has one chimney. We do not think that a more beautiful bungalow couldpossibly be built at so low a price. Outside painting, well and pump, outhouse andvault also included. . .

There are four rooms and a large porch, and while therooms are not large, they are of sufficient size to meet allrequirements for a medium sized family. The floor plan in this as well as in any other plan weshow can be arranged differently if desired and without extra cost so long as it does not necessitate additionalpartitioning. The sides are board and battened. It has a rubberoidroof and one chimney. It is ceiled overhead and will bestained or painted in any color desired. Well and pump, outhouse and vault are also includedat this price. , .
