Description
English: A U.S. Soldier from C Troop 5th Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, rappels down a rock climbing course as a soldier from the Indian army's 2nd Battalion, 9th Gurkha Rifles, observes, during exercise Yudh Abhyas, Sept. 14, 2014, at Ranikhet Cantonment, Uttarakhand, India. Soldiers from 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, and the Indian army, are participating in this U.S. Army Pacific-sponsored exercise geared toward enhancing cooperation and coordination through training and cultural exchanges, which help build skills and relationships necessary during a peacekeeping operation.
