Description

This bird was stuck in a fishing net and one of the other photographers in the group freed it. This shot was taken when the other guy held it in his hands. In the end, I don't know if this bird survived. A kite was preying on this creature and stood right next to this bird for a while (which is how we found it) wondering about the net I guess. After we released the Lapwing from the net, it didn't fly away, but walked around 50 feet away from us. The kite repeatedly attacked the lapwing, but then the drongoes drove the kite away everytime.

Many thanks for your views and feedback, Much Appreciated!!
