Title
A Post Medieval iron incomplete bar shot, probably reused as a weight (17th century). LON-427965
Description
English: A Post Medieval iron incomplete bar shot, probably reused as a weight (17th century). The object is spherical with a rib running circumferentially, one pole is flattened and there is a scar where a bar projected. Geoff Egan suggests this was originally one end of a dumbbell-shaped bar shot with the bar and other sphere removed possibly to reuse it as a weight.

Dimensions: Diameter: 50.13mm; weight: 445.5g.
