A Post Medieval Button
Description
English: An incomplete lead pot-mend likely dating to the late Medieval to Post Medieval period (c. AD 1400-1700). The object has a sub-circular, flat head, with part of the edge folded down at a right angle. The remains of an integral shank is apparent on the back. A piece of orange coloured pottery remains within the mend.

The overall dimensions are as follows: 12.34mm in length, 16.47mm in diameter and 12.39g in weight.
