A Neolithic leaf-shaped arrowed. Ticket no. Ylo 250
Description
English: An early Neolithic flint ogival leaf-shaped arrowhead. The arrow-head has the characteristic S-shaped profile. Both surfaces have been invasively retouched. There is some modern damage to the edges resulting in loss of material. Circa 3500-2900 BC. The flint is grey brown with an opaque patina forming on one surface. Dimensions: Length 29.95mm; width 16.0mm; weight 4.2g
