Description
English: A complete copper alloy harness pendant dating to the Medieval period (c. AD 1200-1500). The pendant is in the shape of a cross pommee with domed knops. It has an integral pierced lug projecting from the top, which is cast at 90 degrees to the pendant to allow it to be attached to a hanger and swing freely. The reverse of the object is flat whilst the face is in relief. There is no apparent decoration and the object has a greenish brown patina.
