Description
English: A Medieval copper alloy D-shaped buckle (14th century). The buckle has a D-shaped frame with a stepped cross-bar. The pin is missing. There are small patches of gilding present.

It is similar to nos.420 and 4223 (Egan & Pritchard 1991:94) both of which have buckle plates.

Dimensions: length: 11.49mm; width: 14.30mm; thickness: 3.36mm; weight: 1.35g.
