A Medieval Pot Sherd
Description
English: A ceramic pot sherd of probable Medieval date (c. AD 1200-1500). The object is sub-cylindircal in shape and consists of a pale sandy fabric with few dark grit inclusions of <1mm, suggesting the fabric could be Midlands White Ware. The sherd is unglazed and has been wheel-thrown. The sherd was originally from a pot or jug handle. Conpare to NLM-ED5277 and WMID-A62256. 

The overall dimensions are as follows: 31.82mm in length, 13.89mm in diameter and 7.43g in weight.
