A Lead Weight of Unknown Date
Description
English: A complete lead weight the precise date of which is unknown, though could be dated to the Roman to Post Medieval periods (c. AD 43 -1600). The weight is roughly rectangular in shape with a central hole running through the middle connecting the short ends, measuring 3.82mm in diameter. The entire outer surface is well worn with a number of deep scratches and light grey in colour.

The overall dimensions are as follows: 30.19mm in length, 15.87mm in width and 38.44g in weight.
