Copy of scanned image courtesy of Michael Morys-Twarowski with note: "Registers of marriage, Vol. 10 A, Obervorstadt (Górne Przedmieście / Wyższa Brama - registers were divided into chapters, each one for a district or village; Obervorstadt was a district of Cieszyn), page 49: 3 June 1896 - Andrzej Kusionowicz, son of Sylwester Kusionowicz, an organist in Gdów, and Anne nee Krężołek, born on 22 October 1861 in Gdów, widower, married Alicja Matter, daughter of Alfons Matter and Anna nee Kordula, born on 28 September 1878. The witnesses of marriage were Hilary Filasiewicz and Józef Pustelnik, owner of hotel "Pod Jeleniem" (Under the Deer). On 14 January 1907 a parson, Jan Sikora, noted that in 1906 Kusionowicz changed his surname to Grodyński."
