| Description |
English: A Ford crossing the River Many times whilst out stalking, I would cross this with the landrover and argo trailer, on a normal rainy morning only to come back in the late afternoon, to find it in a state of flood, engaging four wheel drive and with the words of encouragement from the head stalker John Fraser, he would say "keep her going Joe", as I progressed slipping and sliding sideways with the argo trailer wheel trying to get over the edge and certain parts of your anatomy nipping the seat, with a tremendous force, we would make it to the other side, I now know why all old landrovers drivers seats had a split in them. |
