Summary
[edit]DescriptionA Day at a Time (5832696774).jpg | This weekend, we focused on helping clean up our friend's property that was going to be a gym for children. In these three photos, we are helping to recycle all the metal that has been twisted together from the tornado. A torch is being used to cut metal into small enough pieces for us to lift into the dumpsters. Although it doesn't look like we did much, we filled one and a half of those dumpsters by hand. Imagine what we could have done if heavy machinery had been on site! The properties behind this one have been cleaned of most of their debris. (USFWS Photo by Melissa Cheung) |
