Description

A trip to a new location - a remote forest - yielded some wonderful places - beautiful views and lots of action. We could reach the planned area since the road was almost impossible to drive on due to large rocks and big potholes on the rocky road.

But we did see quite a bit of action. Several tits like this one - quite active and busy on the dry branches. The bare branches expose the small larvae / insects / tree spiders to these birds in the summer. I reckon this is only for a few weeks as once the weather heats up, I am doubtful if those insects can survive.

Many thanks in advance for your views and feedback. Much appreciated.
