Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The spine is the central axis of our organism, from which depart the nerves that nourish and innervate each part and each organ in our body. When a vertebra is out of place for various reasons, this will press the nerve producing a bad influx of electromagnetism to the innervated sector, thus come the disease, deterioration and aging. In Yoga, is fully diffused the axiom "a healthy and flexible column means a young person" or "each has the age of his column". We also note that each vertebra, part of the body and organ, are associated with an experience and conflicting emotions, which we decode, reinstalling the healthy emotion, to obtain a stable and effective healing. AVT- TIBETAN SPINAL ALIGNMENT® is based on PRAXIS VERTEBRAL, which was originated in the very past times and were rescued from ancient manuscripts from Tibet.
