| Description |
Automobile Museum - Qawra The ‘Classic Cars Collection ‘ museum is a tribute to automobile industry set in approx 3000sqm boasting all the latest facilities one would expect to find a fine establishment. On entering the Museum one will be greeted by a gift shop filled with an eclectic assortment of collectibles and model cars, were one can purchase a model of their favourite car or a special gift for the car enthusiast. The Museum features a “living” collection of large selection of automobiles, constantly being updated through acquisitions. The current collection spans over 50 manufacturing years. The cars range from classics such as Alfa Romeo, Austin, Jaguar, Fiat, Ford, MG, Mini, Sunbeam, and Triumph to the latest BMW’s, Jaguar and Ferrari. There are also classic motorbikes such as BSA, Lambretta and Vespa. Various items of memorabilia will be on show in the museum as well as a vast collection of car models. In addition to our extensive auto display, the Museum has a state of the art cinema. The cinema will be screening films relating to cars such as the golden years of grand prix, classic films on automobiles. The ‘Classic Car Collection’ is a museum by day and an event facility by night. A 1200 square meter area of the Museum can be used for car launches, conferences and receptions amidst the car collection. Outside catering facilities will be made available; these facilities are catered for within the structure. A bar shall be open all through the day for the visitors - MALTA |
