English: The ASUS CT-479 adapter allows for the installation of first-generation Pentium M as well as Celeron M mobile CPUs (Banias and Dothan) on socket 478 motherboards. It was designed for a number of ASUS products, but can be made to work on a handful of officially unsupported boards via BIOS and/or hardware mods.
