Description
English: An Iroquois helicopter, piloted by members of the 4th Contingent, RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam (RANHFV), transports soldiers of the Army of the Republic of Vietnam for insertion into the field during an operation in Vietnam. The door gunner is R63566 Leading Seaman Naval Airman Weapons George Edward 'Joe' Ralph. RANHFV is attached to the US Army 135th Assault Helicopter Company, at the Bear Cat Base, Bien Hoa Province, South Vietnam. Due to its integrated nature, the helicopter unit is designated an Experimental Military Unit (EMU).
