  • ARKIVET Peace and Human Rights Centre: The Brennpunkt Arkivet: Occupation, Resistance, Captivity, and Collaboration in Agder 1940-1945' is a permanent exhibition situated in the basement, where the Gestapo had its headquarters and conducted brutal interrogations during World War II.
  • Civilian clothing worn by a Norwegian political prisoner (German: "norwegischer politischer Schutzhäftling") in German captivity during the Second World War in Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp (KZ-Lager Sachsenhausen) from 1943 until liberation in 1945: A sewn cap, a warm jacket with a large collar, and gray trousers; there are painted red crosses on the jacket and trousers, and sewn cloth badges with a red triangle for political prisoners and the inmate number N 61037; Toralf August Ravnevand (1909–2002) from Vennesla, arrested during the Communist Operation in Kristiansand, Vennesla, and Evje in 1942.
  • Arkivet: 'Prisoner clothing. Toralf Ravnevand from Vennesla exchanged this warm jacket for a can of canned food at the depot in Sachsenhausen.'
