Description
Nederlands: De Air Centric Personnel Recovery Operatives Course – kortweg Aproc – met als uitvalsbasis Gilze-Rijen, gebruikte oefengebieden in een ruime straal rondom de vliegbasis. Daardoor kon je bijvoorbeeld in Ede, het Peel-gebied maar ook België vergelijkbare taferelen zien. Geen Nederlandse cursus, maar een internationale – gestuurd van uit het Italiaanse hoofkwartier, en waarvan ieder deelnemend land bij toerbeurt gastheer is. Leidend is het European Personnel Recovery Centre (EPRC), 15 posities groot (plus 4 Host Nation Support) en gebaseerd in Poggio Renatico.
