Doctissimo Dno Bernaldo Palludano Enchu: sanae Reipub. Medico pertissimo, Dno et amico su singulari Ioanes Hugonis a Linschoten D.D..

Nullius mihi terra ferax atque indiga potus Piscaty dives littus et aucupio: Tota rubore satur medijs atollor in Undis, Qua videt astrinum torrida zona polum. P Hooger [monogram].

Tussen het eerste en het tweede aanzicht zijn vliegende vissen en grote vogels te zien.
