Description
English: Manure of a farm near Havana, own production. This compost mixture consists of 75% (vermin-)compost and 25% rice husks. The mixture allegedly improves the structure of the soil and thus the water supply for the plants. The black cloths serve as sunscreen (to avoid overheating of the mixture).
Deutsch: Dünger eines landwirtschaftlichen Betriebes in der Nähe von Havanna, eigene Herstellung. Diese Kompostmischung besteht zu 75% aus (Wurm-)Kompost und 25% Reisspelzen. Durch die Mischung verbessert sich nach Auskunft eines Betriebsmitarbeiters die Struktur des Bodens und damit die Wasserversorgung der Pflanzen. Die schwarzen Tücher dienen als Sonnenschutz (zur Vermeidung von Überhitzung der Mischung).
