Description
English: Simin Sakhizada, an Afghan Citadel Software Company supervisor working at the Ministry of Interior in Kabul, Afghanistan, shows how easy it is to locate and update Afghan National Security Forces personnel data on a computer Nov. 6, 2013. The ACSC employees are helping the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior upgrade the hundreds of thousands of personnel records originally kept in folders at MOI. A complete historical file of employees, their level of education, date of assignment, work experience, and awards will be scanned and stored digitally using the Afghan Human Resource Information Management System. A graduation ceremony for 123 AHRIMS course graduates was held at the Capital Training Center in Kabul, Nov. 7, 2013. The AHRIMS program expects to conduct its first iteration of Phase II training in March of 2014. The training will be a continuation for all Phase I AHRIMS graduates. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
