Español: Una vista del 'tren liliputiense' pasando por frente a la Jaula de los Leones en Marzo de 1917 en el Jardín Zoológico cordobés; a dos años de su inauguración oficial. Córdoba ciudad, República Argentina.
El tren estaba compuesto por una locomotora y 5 coches, con capacidad para 4 personas grandes o 6 niños; saliendo de la 'Estación Cascada' recorría en sus primeros dias 1km y medio, y atravesando un túnel excavado debajo de la barranca, pasaba por el dique, daba la vuelta a todo el lago para regresar a la estación por el valle principal.
English: A view of the 'Lilliputian train' passing in front of the Cage of the Lions in March 1917 in the Cordoba Zoological Garden; Two years after its official inauguration. Cordoba city, Argentine Republic.
The train was composed of a locomotive and 5 cars, with capacity for 4 large people or 6 children; leaving the 'Cascada Station', it traveled in its first days 1km and a half, and through a tunnel excavated under the ravine, passed through the dike, went around the entire lake to return to the station through the main valley. |
