English: A dedication ceremony was held at Edward Binyah Kesselly Military Barracks here for 170 blackboards constructed by armed forces of Liberia engineers and members of U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Three, Aug. 31. Members of Operation Onward Liberty and AFL engineers will work together to bring the blackboards to the International Association of Educators for World Peace, who will distribute the boards to 20 schools throughout Margibi county. |
