Westbound approaching Imlay, NV, SP #136, an AC4400CW, has two stablemates and a long train of coal on her drawbar. It ia August 1996 and time is running out for the Southern Pacific. Up until 1993 +/-, this was double track but under the auspices of then President Ed Moyers pulled up the second main and the the material South to use on the Sunset Route. |
