The inaugural start of the Abundayon Festival on May 26-27, 2023, marked a spectacular celebration of culture, tradition, and unity in Talibon, Bohol. The festival showcased a vibrant array of performances, with various tribes competing to honor the abundance of aquatic blessings bestowed by Santisima Trinidad. The Grand Champion title was claimed by the exuberant Tribu Isla Calituban from Calituban, Talibon, Bohol, whose captivating presentation mesmerized the audience and judges alike. Tribu Masadyaon sa San Agustin earned the prestigious title of 1st Runners-Up with their lively and culturally rich performance, while Tribu Mananayaw ni Senyor Santo Niño secured the 2nd Runners-Up position, adding to the festive atmosphere with their spirited display. The winners not only showcased their artistic prowess but also contributed to the overall success of the inaugural Abundayon Festival, leaving an indelible mark on the cultural landscape of Talibon.
