Description
English: Long Dien, South Vietnam. February 1971. An ambush party about to set out in an effort to intercept the Viet Cong should he attempt to enter a village for food and supplies. Corporal Don Beck of Stafford, Qld (left), and Corporal Oliver Moon of Woodridge, Qld, brief a group of Popular Force soldiers before moving out. Both are members of the Mobile Advisory Training Team 14, which has its headquarters in the village of Long Dien in Phuoc Tuy Province.
