5. Crown. G. New Comit. A SELEZCT" LIST" Choice Flower Seeds. OVR FLDWER SEED LIST has been carefully revised, some new kinds added, and all inferior kinds cast out, so that there is noth- ing in the list but what is worthy of cultivation, and, if reason- ably well cared for, will give satisfaction. Our flower seed trade has increased very rapidly the last few years, which is very gratifying to us, as it si)caks well lor the quality of the seed we send out. Look it over carefully and add at least a few packets to your Vegetable Seed order. Flowers are usually divided into Annuals and Perennials. Annuals are those that bloom and ripen seeds the first year, then die. Among these may be found some of our most brilliant and fragrant flowers. In fact, it you want flowers early in the .sea.son. and all the time until frost, a good selection of Annuals will not disappoint you. Perennials are those that endure our Northern winters with little or no protection, and live and bloom for several years iu succession. A large majority of the Perennials will bloom the first year if started soon in the sjiring. B^'The figures at the right, opposite each variety, denote the price, in cents, per packet. Discounts C Cents select 6 Five-Cent or 3 Ten-Cent Packets. nn ParUf>t 1 F'"' Cents select 14 Five-Cent or 7 Ten-Cent Packets. uu r<tt,.n.ci I $1.00 select Packets to the amount of $1.30. Sow the seed early in spring, under glass, or in pots iu the house, and transplant into rich soil, about one foot apart, according to height of plants. Splendid for bedding, border and pot culture.
