English: U.S. Navy fire fighters stand by in a crash vehicle as an Grumman A-6E Intruder aircraft (BuNo 159579) from attack squadron VA-115 Eagles, Carrier Air Wing 5 (CVW-5), is catapulted from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Midway (CV-41) on 1 November 1981.
