Description
English: A U.S. Navy Douglas A-4F Skyhawk of attack squadron VA-212 Rampant Raiders passes by a Landing Signal Officer (LSO) on its way to trapping on board the aircraft carrier USS Hancock (CVA-19) off Vietnam, 21 May 1972. VA-212 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 21 (CVW-21) aboard the Hancock for a deployment to Vietnam from 7 January to 3 October 1972.
