Description U.S. Navy Douglas A-4E Skyhawks from Attack Squadrons VA-163 Saints and VA-164 Ghost Riders attcking the the Phuong Dinh railroad bypass bridge, 10 km north of Thanh Hoe, North Vietnam, on 10 September 1967. Both squadrons were assigned to Carrier Air Wing 16 (CVW-16) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Oriskany (CVA-34) for a deployment to Vietnam from 16 June 1967 to 31 January 1968.
Note the two attacking Skyhawks in the lower right and one directly above the explosions on the bridge.
