Description A U.S. Navy Douglay A4D-2N Skyhawk (BuNo 145087, callsign "Powerhouse 309") from attack squadron VA-153 Blue Tail Flies in flight over Japan. VA-153 was assigned to Carrier Air Group 15 (CVG-15) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Coral Sea (CVA-43) for a deployment to the Western Pacific from 12 December 1961 to 17 July 1962. This aircraft collided in midair with A-4C 147724 over the Gulf of Tonkin on 14 January 1967 while in service with VA-56. The pilot was killed.
