Description A U.S. Navy Douglas A-4C Skyhawk (BuNo 149552) from Attack Squadron VA-144 Roadrunners flying past the aircraft carrier USS Constellation (CVA-64). VA-144 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 14 (CVW-14) aboard the Constellation for a deployment to the Western Pacific and Vietnam from 5 May 1964 to 1 February 1965.
The A-4C 149552 was shot down by ground fire over Laos on 14 February 1966. The pilot could eject and was rescued.
