Čeština: Opuštěný výrobní areál (rozpadající se továrna) na adrese: 9. května 65, 471 14 Kamenický Šenov. Podle údajů na tabulkách zde sídlila firma na „svítidla, sklo a obrazy“. Jednalo se o firmu „Adolf Schönbek, výroba lustrů, Kamenický Šenov“. Budova pochází z roku 1928; projekt „Lusterfabrik“ stavitele Richtera pro Isidora Bluma (tehdejší majitel firmy „Schönbek“), byl realizován ve zjednodušené podobě a to coby jednokřídlová trojtraktová zděná dvoupodlažní budova s litinovými sloupy a se vstupem a administrativními místnostmi umístěnými při západním konci. Podnik byl v roce 1940 arizována a v roce 1945 vyvlastněn. Stav k roku 2017: budova je dochována v původním stavu a to včetně okenních výplní a dveří ve stylu art deco; po smrti posledního majitele však není provozována a chátrá. (Rodina Schönbeck / Blum má několik přímých dědiců v Izraeli a jinde po světě). Úřad pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových na základě rozhodnutí Okresního soudu v České Lípě objekt eviduje jako tzv. odúmrť.
English: Abandoned and crumbling factory at address: 9 May 65, 471 14 Kamenicky Shenov. According to the data on the spreadsheets, it housed a firm for "luminaires, glass and paintings." This was the company ‘Adolf Schönbek, chandelier making, Kamenicky Shenov’. The building dates back to 1928; the Richter builder's "Lusterfabrik" project for Isidor Blum (then owner of Schönbek) was carried out in a reduced form as a single-wing triple-tract masonry two-storey building with cast-iron columns, with an entrance and administrative rooms at the western end. The factory was arized in 1940 and expropriated in 1945. Year 2017: the building is preserved in its original condition, including art deco window panels and doors, but is not operated and decayed after the death of the last owner. |
