9F5EE5 spindle whorl
Description
English: Medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, 22mm in diameter and 20mm high. The object is sub spherical in form with a prominant ridge around its centre and a wide central hole. It has a grey patina and is decorated all over its surface with fine, straight, parallel incised lines running down its length.
