הערות: חנה ומשה גרנובסקי הקימו את הבניין ב- 1926, הגיעו ב 1907 מאודסה עם בניהם, אברהם ויעקב. ד”ר אברהם גרנובסקי משפטן, עיברת את שם משפחתו לגרנות והיה יושב ראש קק"ל וגם מבין החותמים על מגילת העצמאות. חבר כנסת מהמפלגה הפרוגרסיבית. האדריכל יהודה מגידוביץ תיכנן את הבניין. מסחר ומגורים. במקום היו פנסיון ‘ורשה’ עם אולם נשפים, מ1936 מסעדת ‘הנדלר, חנות באום לשוקולד, הקונדיטוריה של גבריאל שפירא, מתפרה קטנה, חנות לחליפות ומעילים לגברות, פלקוס. הבית וחדר המדרגות שופצו בעזרת שי פרקש מומחה בשימור ציורי קיר.
