Name: Tel Aviv Alkonin Hotel
Description: The Alkonin-Central Hotel was one of the first hotels in Tel Aviv. In the 1940s the building was converted into residential apartments until it was neglected and abandoned for many years. Starting in 2013, it underwent a renovation and expansion process, and in December 2022 it reopened.

תיאור: מלון אלקונין-צנטרל היה אחד המלונות הראשונים בתל אביב. בשנות ה-40 הוסב הבניין לדירות מגורים עד שהוזנח וננטש במשך שנים רבות. החל מ-2013 עבר תהליך שיפוץ והרחבה, ובדצמבר 2022 נפתח מחדש.
הערות: המלון נבנה על ידי מנחם נחום אלקונין שעלה ארצה ב-1912 מרוסיה. אלקונין הגיע עם אשתו, מלכה, ושישה ילדים (השביעי נולד בארץ ישראל). רכש, מבעל קרקעות בשם איזרסקי, מגרש של שלושה דונם בין שכונת נווה צדק לאחוזת בית ועליו הקים ב-1913 בית מגורים ומלון. עם התרחבותה של תל אביב נקרא הרחוב רחוב ליליינבלום ומספר הבית נקבע כמספר 9.המלון זכה לארח אורחים רמי דרג מלאומים שונים כמו דוד בן-גוריון, יצחק בן-צבי, אלברט איינשטיין, חיים ויצמן, עבדאללה הראשון ועוד.בדצמבר 2022 נפתח המלון כמלון בוטיק.(ויקיפדיה)
