הערות: בית ברייש בשכונה אמריקאית גרמנית, נבנה ב1874 בידי הסוחר הטמפלרי עמנואל קארל ברייש. ברייש רכש את החלקה שכונתה בעיתון אגודת הטמפלרים המקומי 'היהלום שבמושבה' והקים עליה מבנה מאבן כורכר מקומית. המבנה כלל ארבעה מפלסים, ביניהם מרתף לאחסון קורות עץ, שייבא ארצה, ועליית גג. בחזית נבנו מרפסות עץ היקפיות, שהיו ייחודיות לבית זה בשכונה. לידו הייתה חצר גדולה עם באר מים. תכנון ושימור המתחם נעשו בידי משרד אמנון בר אור-טל גזית אדריכלים בשיתוף משרד פייסט אדריכלים בעיימ, בשנים 2015-2019.
